Information we collect through this website
This website does not ask you to create an account or fill in any form. We do not collect your name, phone number or health information through the website. If you call us to book an appointment, the details you give on the phone are used only to arrange and provide your care.
Visitor statistics
We use Google Analytics to understand how many people visit the site and which pages are useful. It records general information such as your device type, approximate location (city level) and the pages you visit. It does not tell us your name. Google Analytics uses cookies; you can block cookies in your browser settings.
Links to other websites and videos
Map links open Google Maps. Videos on our Videos page are played from YouTube, which loads only when you press play; video links open YouTube. These services have their own privacy policies.
WhatsApp messages
You can book appointments on WhatsApp at 83900 00385 or 93702 54026. WhatsApp is for booking only: please do not send reports or medical details there, and bring your reports to your visit. When you message us, we see your name, phone number and your message. We use this only to arrange your appointment. WhatsApp's own privacy policy also applies.
Your medical information
Medical records from consultations and tests at Narayani Hospital and the Govind Nagar clinic are kept confidential and are not shared through this website.
We do not sell your information
We do not sell or share your personal information with anyone for marketing.

Book an appointment
Each location has its own appointment number. Choose where you would like to be seen and call that number.
WhatsApp is for booking appointments only. Please do not send reports on WhatsApp; bring them to your visit.

- Consultations 11:00 am – 3:00 pm, Monday to Saturday.
- Tests 10:00 am – 5:00 pm. Book this location if you may need tests.
